16 weeks pregnant- pain in left breast

Hi :)

I’m just wondering if anyone has had this as a pregnancy symptom.

I’m one of they people who is always cold and always have been but now if I get too cold my left nipple goes hard and the end of it turns white and the pain is excruciating. It feel like a constant stabbing pain. The only thing that then stops it is if I get a hot water bottle and hold it on it for 20minutes or so.

I know this a bit of a strange one but just wondering if anyone has ever had this?

Sounds like raynards or vasospasm.

Yes, I have. About the same time of pregnancy as you.
I’m coming up to 20 weeks now and everything has calmed down!
