BFN but 7 days late

So I have BFN home pregnancy test, I'm 19 DPO and 7 days late. Sore boobs&nipple (sorry tmi) for 2 weeks. Went for a blood test at doctors today but have to wait til middle next week for results... Does anyone have any thoughts, advice or similar stories ? Thanks Hmm

I think you should have gotten a positive by now. I was 4-5 days late when I got a strong positive result.
