Recommended Hypnobirthing books?

Has anybody got any hypnobirthing book recommendations please?

Hey I would definitely recommend Hypnobirthing: Practical Ways to Make Your Birth Better by Siobhan Miller (founder of the Positive Birth Company)
I also enjoyed The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill
I was absolutely TERRIFIED of giving birth but both these books have made me feel much more empowered and positive, even a little bit excited now!

I’m reading the Milli Hill book “positive birth book” and I’ve just downloaded the Siobhan Miller course and accessing via my iPhone, it’s really good so far! I’m the same as NicNac was really scared and already feeling much much more in control, educated and confident about the whole thing!

I read Your Baby, Your Birth by Hollie de Cruz and it’s brilliant. I also did the positive birth company online course and although I haven’t read Siobhan’s book, the course was brilliant and I liked her approach.
