Pregnant but no headaches - worried after m/c

Hello
I'm pregnant for the third time - I have a 2.5 year old and I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks in January.
In both my pregnancies I've had terrible headaches and this time around... absolutely nothing! Which is making me worry!
Has anyone else had very different pregnancies, particularly on the headache front? I'm having some pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, mild cramps etc. but headaches have always been a big feature of my pregnancies!).

Yes, I'm pregnant again after a MMC last October so I completely understand! I suffer from migraines and the pattern has been different a few times. With DS1 I got them once a week until about 16 weeks then they stopped. DS2 I got none til about 20 weeks then got them until labour (can't remember the frequency). I'm 14 weeks now and so far this baby is giving me 2 a week ☹ but I'm hoping they'll stop like DS1. Every pregnancy has been different on the headache front so please don't worry.

Thank you, that's so helpful to know and gives me a bit of comfort! My miscarriage was a MMC too and the lockdown situation means there's not many opportunities to distract myself so I'm over-analysing things a bit too much! Hope your headaches ease up soon! Smile

Thank you - so do I! Hoping they'll tail off in a few weeks like DS1, can't cope with 2 migraines a week until labour 😱

I had 2 very different but successful pregnancies. The second one I had migraines frequently; didn't have one during my first! In fact all my symptoms were completely different. Good luck.
