Hello ladies!
I am posting here rather than in conception as I'm more likely to get an answer to my question here.
I have been TTC for 3 months, unfortunately not successful yet. I'm trying SMEP this month and wanted to know if there is anybody on here who successfully followed the plan and ended up with a BFP?
Likewise is there anybody who doesn't rate the SMEP that highly!
