Equivocal positive - caused by PCOS? Feels like I’m pregnant!

So I’m not planning a pregnancy or anything but I’ve been feeling like I’m very pregnant lately. Mood swings, genuinely looks like I have a bump, extremely tired. I’ve been pregnant before and it feels very similar minus no morning sickness, my stomach’s even stretching the same as my last pregnancy! So painful. Going through my doctors files and it says I received an equivocal positive - you’d think they’d tell me but that’s my doctors for you. And it was taken 2 weeks after I had sex so it makes sense that I had a low positive. So I took a pregnancy test just now expecting it to be positive and it was negative? Bit confused right now? What does equivocal mean and why do I feel like I have all the symptoms of pregnancy? Is it due to my PCOS? I’ve not had a period since last June by the way which is bad even for me.

Equivocal means uncertain or ambiguous so I’m really not sure either! Must’ve been very very very faint at the docs. Did you use an FRER when you tested yourself?

Yes it was a Clearblue Ultra Early test.. maybe it is just negative! Not sure what these pains are tho I’ll probably just have to repeat in a few days

it is odd but I wouldn’t give up hope as a false negative is far far more likely than a false positive.
False negatives are quite common in women in PCOS
