TMI with photo - is this my mucus plug?

Hey All

I had a sweep yesturday AM and have just been really sick. Thought I had peed myself (seems a common side effect of me vomiting now) but when I sat down I had this gummy, jelly lump instead. The reason I am unsure is there is no blood or anything, it is just clear.

Is this a good sign of things starting? I am 40+3 and am so fed up!

It certainly looks like a plug to me. Fingers crossed things will get moving for you soon.

eventhecathasapenis thank you! I have loved being pregnant but this last bit is dragging! I'm holding on to any hope of things kickstarting hehe

That does look like bits of your plug hopefully the sweep works for you and gets things started. My plug started coming away a few weeks before but unfortunately the sweep didn't work for me so fingers crossed

Thanks everyone! Just downing some raspberry leaf tea and going to go have a nice shower. Just want him out now! I feel all my evictions notes are being ignored. 🤣

No, I am still very much pregnant. Had another sweep on Tuesday and have one booked for Sat. Will book induction date on sat

I'm sorry. The plug going is a good sign, even if you do chose induction in the end it'll hopefully be quick for you.

I'm in the same boat @Igotthemheavyboobs just had my third sweep I'm 40+5 today it was a bad one though very painful and massive bloody show after. This is my fourth baby first time overdue and been booked in for induction on Monday evening if baby isn't here by then

I'm currently in for early induction. On second pessary and very little happening. I am very very bored ha!

@Igotthemheavyboobs let me know how u get on 4th baby but first induction for me so wondering what it will be like. Are u dilated at all? I was already 2cm on Thursday so hoping I will be quick
