Free Mum to be Pack

Has anyone picked up the free mum to be pack and if so where and what did you get? Apparently if you get it through a supermarket and not boots you're given a free pack of nappies and wipes and just wanted to know if this was the case.

I honestly wouldn’t bother. It’s marketing crap.

UrsulaSings · 16/04/2020 20:15

I've not heard of this? What is it?

siblingrevelryagain · 16/04/2020 20:16

Full of tat-and I imagine shops haven’t got the staff skate to find them out the back

NelliePig · 16/04/2020 20:16

Is that the bounty one? I got mine from asda and got a small pack of newborn little angels nappies, a baby vest and some laundry detergent/fabric conditioner samples, a baby toothpaste sample and a nappy cream sample. Xx

Are these the Emma's diary ones? I picked them up from Argos when I was pregnant 4 years ago (so they've probably changed) but the best freebies in them were a tiny pot of sudocrem and small tube of bepathan, ideal for happy bags.

*nappy, not happy Grin

Please don’t hand over any personal data in exchange for one.

They aren't worth it.

Emberfoot · 17/04/2020 00:05

I tried to get mine for 2 months straight and no luck even though it was before the Covid problems. Much as freebies are nice, I'd not hold your breath.

FirstTimeBumps · 17/04/2020 07:17

I got one last time and although they're full of marketing crap as others have said, the mini packs of stuff are good to take in your hospital bag so I'm going to pick one up this time when it's safe to ofc x

OhNoNoNoNotThatOne · 17/04/2020 07:27

@december212 it's not changed, I got mine from boots last year.
Tbh it's only worth it if you're likely to use the vouchers, otherwise it's just a massive marketing tool.

Lovelostnfoundx · 17/04/2020 07:55

I got mine from boots as it was the only place that had them. And that took three attempts... I got a mini sudocrem, a sample non bio sachet, a nappy sample, some sample wipes, and the rest was just leaflets. Was a bit of a disappointment. For the next one I won’t bother scouting around but if I ever manage to make it to a supermarket again, I might try there instead. Seems they have the better ones if you get a vest.

SallyLovesCheese · 17/04/2020 08:08

Disappointed by them. Not really worth the hassle of filling ot the forms and trudging off to get them.

I got a baby box though, that was worth it! DS slept in it downstairs for at least six months. Came with nappies and a mattress and was delivered to my door!
