I'm 31+3 weeks and my hips are getting worse by the day. I'm usually in a lot of pain by the time the evening comes, I find it's worse if I'm more active so trying to take it easy. I spoke to my midwife this morning who advised me to self refer myself for physio but she said given the current circumstances of the country she said it would probably just be a telephone call. So rather then me faffing to get someone to call me, I thought I'd ask on here for any advice? Any exercise tips I can do would be greatly appreciated! I'm close to tears when it's bad on an evening, it even triggers lower back pain
