23 weeks brown discharge with dark brown bits

I’m 23 weeks tomorrow and when I’ve wiped this morning I’ve had some weird greenish brown discharge, with stringy bits of dark brown in it.

I’ve rang MAU who have asked me to put a pad on and monitor it for a few hours as the blood isn’t red, but I’m so worried, has this happened to anyone else?

I would rather have gone in to be monitored as I’m going to drive myself crazy all day.

Im convinced I can feel really light cramp coming on too but I don’t know as I’m getting myself in a flap 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don't have any experience with bleeding at this stage in pregnancy, but I had bleeding much earlier on and was told if it was brown it was 'old blood' Are you still bleeding now? x
