Free / low cost hypnobirthing online resources

Hello

As with many of the antenatal classes, our hypnobirthing course was cancelled.

I’ve heard great things about it and wondered if anyone can recommend any free / low cost online resources which will help us learn and practice the techniques at home?

The Positive Birth Company do an online digital pack.
I'm 39 weeks with my third baby and have previously done NCT and face to face hypnobirthing classes and this was honestly the best of the three!

I second the Positive Birth Company’s hypnobirthing online course. I’m working my way through it now and I really recommend it

Also doing Positive Birth company. Digital pack is £39 and looks great. I also bought and read the book super quick for about £9 of the course is too much. They have a couple of short videos on YouTube to give you an idea
