31 weeks pregnant, worries about birth and coronavirus

Hi all,
I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have history of giving premature birth to my first child, it doesn't mean it will happen again but I still have to think about going to the hospital at earlier stage where NHS staff are not tested for COVID-19.
I just spoke to the labour ward at the hospital in Central London where I am planning to give birth and asked what measures are in place at the moment...the midwife couldn't say much- they are washing their hands, using face masks and gloves, taking extra care...but none of this seems enough. I am worried to go to a hospital where the staff might have coronavirus and infect me or my baby..The midwife said they've been tested if they show symptoms BUT they can still have the virus without showing any symptoms, this worries me very much. Please tell me what do you think..

I am 30 weeks pregnant and took great comfort from reading the below updated on the 3rd.

You are equal risk of you having corona virus and infecting the midwife or your baby as no midwife showing any symptoms would go to work.
