High blood pressure/fast pulse?

Hi all.
For the last maybe month or so I’ve been feeling really light headed with heart palpitations at the same time. I usually get low blood pressure so thought it was just low blood pressure although I’ve had swelling on my feet and hands with stinging when it gets hot and swells more. I spoke to midwife as well but at that time it was about 105/50 she wasn’t concerned.
But I’ve been measuring for last few days and blood pressure has been 127/69 around that every time and my pulse has ranged between 100-117. I’ve messaged and called my midwife with no response and my triage is extremely busy no answer. So I was wondering has anyone else experienced this and is it normal?
I know I need to speak to a health care professional but I can’t get hold of anyone so I thought I’d ask you guys while I’m waiting for a response.

I’ve also been having headache with pressure feeling at the front of my head and my vision has been slightly worse (again I don’t know if this is normal as I know hormones can change eyesight).

Your bp looks fine. I had bp trouble in my last 2 back to back pregnancies which averaged 170 / 120 which developed into pre-eclampsia.

Pressure headaches are very normal in pregnancy. I was referred to neurology because I suffered the same but because of my BP history got extra checks. Apparent pregnancy can cause migraines throughout the whole pregnancy. Unfortunately happened in both my back to back pregnancies.

Worth keeping an eye on your swelling with your midwife though.

Also, I have discovered it is common to experience gall stone attacks when pregnant.

Nobody told me about that! I had really itchy skin and raised liver levels. Tests for cholstesis was negative. That's because it wasnt, it was s gallstone blocking my liver duct which resulted in problems later, I'm now awaiting an operation. This is so common with pregnancy I wanted to highlight the symptoms.
