Help. Mild notching right uterine Artery?

Hey guys.

Just had a 22 week doppler scan as my Papp-a hormone is really low and I had a 1 in 53 of downs.

Everything seemed ok apart from they said the right uterine Artery had mild notching.

They said to keep my blood pressure low and continue to take the aspirin and to come back in 6 weeks and that was it.
They didn’t say anymore.

Obviously I’ve come home and turned to google (I don’t even know why I do this to myself) and I’m now worried sick that the baby is going to be stillborn or have to be delivered before 30 weeks or anything else detrimental.

Did anyone else have this? Was/is baby ok?

The results were:
Left uterine artery PI=0.79
Right uterine artery PI=1.03
Mean uterine Artery PI= 0.91

Gosh I just wish I would just have 1 appointment were they said everything was fine. No issues.

Xx
