I've just turned 12 weeks today. First scan is on Friday. I've had this once before, along with occasional quite strong lower back period /labour like pain. But it was stronger today. It is an extremely strong intense momentary zapping/shooting pain all over abdomen and 'bump' area although currently don't feel I'm showing at all even though this is second pregnancy. It's way more painful and intense than any round ligament or pulling stretching pain should be. It is over in a few seconds but made me gasp and jolt my whole body and unsettled me as much as it did the first time it happened a few weeks ago. More intense and covered more area this time. Any one experienced this?? X
