Third trimester nosebleeds.... anyone?

FTM here, currently 32 weeks pregnant, recently diagnosed with low iron so put on some tablets and for the last week I keep getting heavy nosebleeds! I’ve checked and it isn’t listed as a side effect from the meds. I’ve never really had nosebleeds in my life! Has anyone else experienced this?

I had nosebleeds when I was pregnant. I just had to move my head fast sometimes and I’d have a bit of a trickle!

I’m only 18 weeks but I’ve been getting small nose bleeds. I think it’s common in pregnancy because we have more blood and it can burst some of the tiny vessels in our nose but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about
