Thought I'd start a new thread for anyone self isolating through pregnancy to share tips and activity ideas to pass the time and/or keep busy.

Let's keep this a positive thread (ye we know self isolation can be boring and we're all a little anxious) but let's try and keep this light and a good resource. So what have you been doing to positively self-isolate and what have you found works for you?

Thank you for that link, it was good to have a read through something trusted.

My partner and I are still sharing a bed as we don’t have a spare room however he is currently on holiday from work, so I’m not worried just now but once he goes back to work I may be but I’ll try not to stress about that until then!

I think a harder part just now is not being able to see my mum, phone communication just isn’t the same is it!

Think we just need to try our best not to worry and can only do what we can do! X

Hi everyone! Thanks for starting this thread. I’m also alone (till end of month) and really struggled yest but determined to be strong today. I’m going to try this RWL instagram exercise class at half 12, suitable for pregnant women. You'll need dumbbells and mat (for this class but some you can do without) wish me luck 💪🏼xx
