I had similar at 34 weeks, midwife said it was just increased discharge.
I'm now 37+6.
She said the actual mucus plug would be much more in volume and wit some blood.
But hopefully people with 1st hand experience reply to your post too Smile

My mucus plug was a lot lot lot more than that and very dark brown in colour. There really was no mistaking it!!!

AdriannaP · 15/03/2020 14:16

No don’t think so

nicciw87 · 15/03/2020 15:05

Thanks everyone is very jelly like so wasn't sure doesn't seem like normal discharge. This is my 4th only lost plug with one of them but it was the bloody show rather than losing it early so wasn't sure

That looks like my increased discharge ive had throughout my 3rd trimester.

On another note, congrats for having toilet roll! You can get it here without a real mission early in the morning to the re-stocked shelves

Letsallscreamatthesistene · 15/03/2020 15:09

*cant get it here

pollypocketrocket · 15/03/2020 15:17

It does look like discharge. Iv been getting it most my second trimester x

20viona · 15/03/2020 15:20

No just discharge.

nicciw87 · 15/03/2020 17:29

Just strange it's only starting at 35 weeks my discharge has just been watery before this. Here's me hoping might go in next week or two he is measuring a lot bigger than my other 3 wishful thinking lol

I felt and looked liked I'd passed a small jelly fish. That just looks like normal discharge to me.

I am 35weeks+5 days pregnant i am having milky white lotion type consistency discharge mildly smelly without itching and any pains is this normal or should i go for checkup my last baby was 34+3 days preterm i am confused

Sarahisaduck · 15/11/2021 09:57

Mine was like a clump, in one piece and like a jelly ball, with blood included. Definitely looks like discharge to me.

SophieHatterPendragon · 15/11/2021 10:03

Your mucus can regrow it’s only a sign of Labour if it’s bloody too. Normal to
Lose some of it before the big push

Softwonder · 15/11/2021 10:09

Its not your mucus plug, which is quite blood stained and much more of it.

In all my pregnancies, when you are that late on, I also got loads of slimy, stretchy clear / white discharge, sometimes hanging right down out of me in the loo! Its absolutely nothing to worry about.
