Hi 😊 I'm trying to conceive for my 3rd baby, but 6th pregnancy. I've had 3 losses - the 1st was an ectopic, the 2nd was an early miscarriage and the 3rd was a missed miscarriage. In my 2 healthy pregnancies, and my missed miscarriage, I had no pink mucus/spotting at all - just tinged yellow. However in my ectopic and my early miscarriage I'm pretty sure I had pink spotting that developed into heavier bleeding.
I'm now 13dpo (based on 2 'peak' OPK's) and I've been TTC'ing this month. Today AF is due, and I had some light pink on a tissue earlier. Throughout the day I've had barely anything else, but a bit more now. It's not really blood, it's thick snotty like mucus that's tinged pink.
So in my head I'm either about to come on my period or I'm pregnant with another 'doomed' pregnancy 😟 I've had lots of pregnancy symptoms since a few days ago - tired, very hungry and needing a #2 a lot (I had these symptoms in all my other pregnancies).
Obviously I'm going to see how the night goes, if it gets heavy I know it's my period. But has anyone had pink mucus in early pregnancy and had a positive outcome? 13dpo seems too late for implantation bleeding and I've had symptoms for a few days now!
