I have such a sore chin with loads of spots, and I never ever get spots, I've been using a bit of Sudocrem, what hacks have you ladies got? X

Try The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid - pregnancy safe and has great reviews.
Just started using it myself.

I've had the same problem for weeks - I've literally just had to simplify my routine. I found any acids made it 100% worse and caused 'purging' which was horrific and 4 weeks on my skin is still recovering from that awful episode!

I'm using a no 7 cream cleanser with a cleansing silicone brush to exfoliate gently - I just got the soap and glory one which was like £3. I'm using the revolution 10% niacinamide + 1% zinc serum to control the spots and then no 7 hydra luminous day cream as I'm still finding even though I'm spotty my skin feels really tight.

At nighttime, I'm cleaning with micellar water and that's it. Usually I would use night creams as my skin tends to be horrifically dry but it was causing more breakouts.

Good luck and I hope it clears up soon for you!

@Meadows89 nightmare isn't it! I'm just keeping my skin clean and putting Sudocrem on at night it seems to be helping them scab over and stop the pain a little bit xx

Coconut oil really helped with my pregnancy acne. My little boy also had acne when he was born and the coconut oil worked a treat - I confirmed its use on him with a midwife first!
