Unbearable constipation

I'm currently 15+4 and so badly constipated!

I've tried
Hella lot of fibre
Safe laxatives
Prune juice
Oranges
Drowning my body with drinking water
Sitting on the loo hoping for the best
Baths
Liquid foods for 2 days

Nothing is helping. I get the urge I need to go and it's like I'm squeezing and it's just a tiny nugget! Sorry for being so graphic but I'm at my wits end!!!!!!! I've been told I have a tilted uterus, also causing me bad bladder problems. Recently had a catheter in due to not being able to wee for anything.

Anyone help or can relate to my misfortune? 🥴

Movicol information says it can be used in pregnancy so your doctor should be OK with you using that.

Blurby, it sounds like you have an anal fissure.

Lots Kiwis 🥝 and dried apricots. Works a treat. 💩 you have my sympathy, it ain’t funny.

Magnesium and potassium. Magnesum oxide is best for constipation (over counter or supermarkets) or just plain milk of magnesia. Totally safe and take as per instructions. If you like coconut water, this is an excellent source of potassium. Have a large glass regularly (once or twice a day), but don't overdo it. Or up potassium-rich foods.
Will sort you out in no time. My daughter had life long constipation and as soon as she started magnesium, it has never been an issue. Wish I had known this when she was little - years of misery.
Constipation is horrible. Hope you get it sorted soon.

howells I sadly do. I have history of them and during pregnancy, it's just so much worse. Blush
