When to start matt leave?

Just wondering when everyone’s planning to start matt leave?

I’m 31 weeks and feeling bit overwhelmed by commute and work already. Was planning to go off two weeks before I’m due to now wondering if to bring it forward a tiny bit.

I had mine originally planned to go off the week before I'm due (due this Wednesday).

By I think early into the '30's' weeks, I was feeling absolutely exhausted and because of what my job is, there had never been a lot for me to do once I had to come out of it and go into the new type role as per my risk assessment. I took a week's leave for whilst I was 36 weeks I think, then started from there.

I feel like I've had time to myself to get on top of life admin, relax and feel prepared for arrival so definitely feeling a lot better than just finishing right before. Because I haven't really been in my actual job for months and months I'm excited to go back and feel it will benefit me so I'm not too fussed about missing a couple of weeks at the end.

You know yourself the best so if it's getting too much, don't pressure yourself to keep going.
