I'm 9+4 I've really not been enjoying the "taste" of water the last few days.
Totally off tea, apple juice, orange too.
I'm trying my best to have as much water as I can but I'm finding it a struggle to get it down me with nausea so rife. What can I drink to help me keep fluids up? I'm not really into sweet flavours either currently🤦♀️.
