Hello just looking for a bit of advice or something.

So basically I'm 34 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby, I had a baby just over 12 months ago by EMCS
, lately I've been getting a lot of pressure pains to the point it feels like my baby is going to fall out (only way I can explain the feelings). Sometimes it gets really painful when that happens, it's been happening a lot tonight and my stomach has gone really hard and tight a few times. Not painful or anything just uncomfortable, just wanting to know if this is normal? I have a midwife appointment tomorrow so I will mention it but just a bit worried about it.

Braxton hicks. Totally normal

It sounds like Braxton Hicks (practice) contractions.

I wondered this too as I never had Braxton Hicks with my first so never knew what it felt like. I also get the sudden hardening of my bump but I also get two solid lumps (back/bum on the left and knees/feet on the right) at the same time so was unsure if it was just baby having a good stretch.
