Clicky jaw driving me insane!

I’ve always had a bit of a clicky jaw when yawning widely (at work mostlyBlush) or occasionally from taking a massive bite of an apple etc. But it usually clicks itself back into place within half an hour, and so doesn’t bother me.

I’m 13+4 now and I yawned on my way into work which made it click out of place. It’s been really uncomfortable since and I have a lot of pain/tension under my ears. I imagine the relaxin is making my jaw worse than normal but it’s really annoying and painful now. Wondering if anyone else has had this and has any tips to pop it back into place??

I’ve just watched some YT on jaw stretching which hasn’t helped and I struggled to eat my dinner properly as couldn’t open my mouth very wide. Hoping it sorts itself out overnight would would appreciate some tips if you’ve had the same! Smile
