Safe to say I've lost it?

Long story short, I told the doctor I thought I had miscarried on the Wednesday night (29th) after already going to the doctors when I started bleeding the day before on Tuesday.
All I was told, was to do another test in 2 weeks. Well it's been only 1 and me n my mum are impatient so I took one just now. (pic)

I had already come to terms that that's what happened so if anything I'm just a little saddened, so I guess I'm just asking for confirmation. I'm no longer pregnant, am I?

That seems like rubbish advice form the GP. I’m afraid the test result is not clear as it shows you still have HGC aim your blood. This is normal for up to 6 weeks after pregnancy. Can you ask to be referred to an early pregnancy assessment unit?

The GP should have referred you for a scan at the early pregnancy unit. You say you had heavy bleeding, did it contain clots? I have had a chemical pregnancy at 5 weeks and it was heavy bleeding with lots of clots.
