No symptoms at 5w6d

Hi all. I'm 5w6d and i hardly have any symptoms at all. If it wasn't for the tender breasts (now starting to ease)and (quite a few) positive pregnancy test I wouldn't even believe i am pregnant.
I am starting to worry that something is not right because everyone i know had many other symptoms as well. 🤦‍♀️
Has anyone been "symptomless" and had a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby?
I've booked an early scan next week but it feels a lifetime away.

Other than sore breasts (which stopped after 6/7 weeks) constipation and gas I've had none of the typical symptoms and currently 13 weeks. All midwives I've spoken to have said this can be normal for some people and both scans I've had have showed healthy heartbeat and baby developing as they should be. For the first 12 weeks I was stressing about it big time but now accepted that all is ok

Totally normal.
