Sharp pains in lower abdominal13 weeks pregnant FREAKING OUT!!

I have suddenly got sharp pains in lower abdominal and they dont seem to go away, I am freaking out I am 13 weeks pregnant are they normal please help!!

I got some sharp stabby pains in my lower abdomen and cervix area at around 14/15 weeks. Midwife suggested it was baby irritating a nerve. Two days later it had stopped, probably because baby had moved.
Any doubts though just call or text your midwife

I had this yesterday, I'm 14+3. It seems to have stopped today. It freaked me out too even though I know it's normal. I've had 2 miscarriages and they were a totally different feeling.

Could be round ligament pains, I’ve had quite a few of those. Do they feel ‘twingey’?
