Help ladies please!! Spotting/bleeding advice?

So ladies, this is going to be a long post. On the 22/12/2019 I did a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant. However, I had been spotting for about a week prior to taking one. I had an early scan on 27/12/2019 due to spotting and bleeding and they managed to see a fetal pole and heartbeat. The lady at the scan put me at roughly 5 and a half weeks.

I only stopped spotting 4 days ago. Even when I have sex I don’t spot or bleed anymore. I’m so worried that I’ve passed my baby or miscarried or they’ve stopped growing. I don’t have another scan until 18/02/2020 😞

The only symptoms I have are sore nipples, dark circles around my nipple and nausea. I’m worried that I don’t have many symptoms that somethings wrong aswell.

Has anyone had something similar and been okay?

I had spotting/ bleeding throughout the first and second trimesters on and off (including one huge bleed at 12 weeks). Everything was fine and DD is now a perfectly healthy 7 month old.

As scary as it is, I think it’s really common and doesn’t usually mean anything is wrong (especially when it’s not heavy and you don’t have any pain with the bleeding).

I also had the same concerns early on about not having many symptoms. I think this really varies person to person. My only symptom until about 8 weeks was dark nipples, then the nausea hit!

Could you go for a private scan to ease your concerns? Waiting for scans when you’re worried is awful.

I bled with all 3 pregnancies until 11/12 weeks

I bled bright red blood at 11 weeks and I thought that was it.
Went for a private scan because the hospital wouldn't see me 🙄 and thankfully all was fine. They never did find a cause for the bleeding and said it can just happen.
FWIW I had no pregnancy symptoms what so ever until 16 weeks when I had the most horrendous burning nipples for a week. Then heartburn started at week 24-38+3 right up until I gave birth 🥴
