Desperately need some advice because I don't know what's going on. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks sex has been quite painful, it's sore upon entering, even when using fingers. I've stopped being able to orgasm at all, and could only do so before by clitoral stimulation. But even after 40 minutes of trying I just can't get off anymore, it's like I've lost all desire for an orgasm - but my vagina bloody hurts.

After we have sex, he will finish and my vagina will burn. He will then attempt to get me off using his fingers, with the cum keeping it wet because I literally cannot self-lubricate being pregnant, but after about ten minutes I have to ask him to stop because the whole outer area burns like crazy and doesn't stop until I've wiped the cum off with a baby wipe. Sorry, I know this is TMI.

Anyone know why this is happening? We have a really active sex life, at least once a day, and I get turned on and do want sex, but when it actually does happen it's so painful.

We've both been tested and haven't slept with anyone else since. Any ideas?

Struggling to orgasm at all during sex :(
Not sure if it's because I feel rubbish about how I look or it just isn't happening. I've given up trying to orgasm and just do it for his pleasure. I enjoy it whilst we have sex but I know full well I wont finish which is crap!
I also struggle to self lubricate and sometimes feel it's sore on entering and just feels a lot more sensitive.

It could also be that you get irritated in your vagina because of the friction. If you get irritated then the sperm( which is a bit acid) will make you feel like you're burning inside.

I felt the same sometimes, also when not pregnant.

Maybe try using a condom with some lubricant. It might help.

I thought it was just me! I'm unable to self lubricate and just can't orgasm! I still have a sex drive but I just know I'm not going to finish so it takes the fun away a bit! And no way of doing anything without lube 😫 I'm 29 weeks so hope it doesn't last much longer....

I've felt sore recently after sex but put it down to us only having it once a week ish as apose to every other day. Try using a bullet to help you?

I'm only 10 weeks but I've been having this problem too.
We normally have a very active sex life but it's just impossible now without lube and even then I still feel really tight and we often have to stop before either of us finish.
The other night, he came on my bum cheek instead of inside me and his sperm felt like acid....the burning was unbearable! Never ever experienced this before.

I’ve had this issue too. It’s horrendous whilst not pregnant to the point where I have had to shower and still feel uncomfortable a few hours later! I assumed it’s a combination of friction and just strong sperm.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and this same thing has started happening to me. I've googled to no avail..maybe it's a sperm allergy. I just wanna find some relief
