Can anyone suggest some foolproof meal ideas for gestational diabetes please? Mainly dinners?
This is my second pregnancy where I've suffered and I don't seem to be able to tolerate the same foods this time round.
Seeded granary bread was my go to last time but this time round it's been sending my levels sky high, and potatoes are an absolute no go whereas last time I could get away with a few cheeky chips or half a jacket
Help please!
