SC3 Paternity Leave Form

Hi All,

My partner has just realised that he needed to hand in the SC3 form 15 weeks before the birth of our next child.

Unfortunately, he totally forgot about it until his boss messaged him last night.

The baby is due in 10 weeks (probably 9 weeks with C section).

Do you know where he stands with handing this form in late?

It depends how accommodating his employer is. They are obviously aware of your pregnancy so they will be expecting him to take leave. He needs to speak to them to see where he stands
