Just looking for some reassurance really ☺️

I'm 22+4 with my first pregnancy and yesterday at work I got severe stomach cramping (or around that area) for about 3ins to an hour, I went for my break at work (an hour long) and sat in the meditation position which eased the pain off and had a nap

No more pain since, however baby only moved around a couple maybe on 3 different occasions through the day, but today she seems to be moving non stop, they aren't erratic or distressing just I've never known her be so active it's been on and off every half hour or so ALL day

Just hoping that she is ok 😩

From what I recall, movement is meant to be a sign baby is fine. I think mine had a few active days like this! But I would give the midwife/hospital a call to tell them about the pain. They can reassure you if it’s normal or ask you to pop in for monitoring if they think you need it (or even just to reassure you).

Bumping for you Flowers Do speak to midwife

I would get checked out, any change in movement (reduced or increased) should be checked.

That’s my understanding too op, a change in movements is reason to check in with MW. I hope alls good.
