Scan at six to seven weeks?

I had early scans with my first two at around eight weeks which I found very reassuring. This time round I'll be travelling round that period so was thinking of having one between 6 and 7 weeks. What are other people's experiences of such early scans? Too early to see a heartbeat reliably?

I had a scan at around 7 weeks (may have even been 6wks+5 or something like that), and I saw a heartbeat. I also found it very reassuring.

I had a scan at 6w 3d and saw the heartbeat flickering. Not much else to see (teeny dot) but was very reassuring for me as the reason I needed to scan was having had a previous ectopic so was happy to see all in the right place etc. x

We decided to wait till 10 weeks but it’s up to you. The longer you can wait in the sixth week the better for getting to a HB
