Scans at 8 weeks and 4 days

Hi everyone! I have a scan in the morning as been having some pains and stuff etc. I was wondering what you would see at 8 weeks 4 days? Can people show me your scan photos please plus did you have normal scan or internal?x

I haven't got my scan picture anymore (new phone) but kinda a peanut shaped blob. Could see the heartbeat

I had external (am also over weight) but some people still need internal scan to get a good view

Hi , hopefully the photo appears, haven't done this before! This is pretty much bang on 8 weeks.
The little blob is now 6 and just lost his first tooth!

Sorry, forgot to say, I think it was external, but can't remember.

I can't find my 8 week scan picture but it was a tiny little blob. I could see a flicker of a heartbeat. Good luck OP.

Oh and they could kind of see externally but as I'm overweight they did an internal to get a better look.

This is a few days later at 9weeks exactly. I had a normal external scan

This was my scan photo at 8+4 - exactly the same as yours! Could see the baby and take measurements, and see the heartbeat - it was amazing 😊💕
This was an ultrasound scan not internal, make sure your bladder is full before you go in, they can see more clearly!

We had a private scan at 9 weeks, and we got to see our little baby Bean, and their heartbeat! We were also provided a video of baby, showing their heartbeat which is lovely.
We had an internal scan, to get a better view of baby ❤️

We're going for a scan in a couple of days time when we should be somewhere between 8 and 9 weeks so great to have an idea what to expect.

I have a scan next week at 7+6 (but might possibly be 8 weeks depending on my dates being accurate). So anxious so I’m following this thread to see your result ! Good luck 💕

It looked like a bean with a tiny flickering heart .

Just back from a private scan. Baby measuring at 8+2, due Aug 18th ish.

The picture's not great but it was amazing to see our baby on the screen and we got to hear the heartbeat too!

I've just had mine today! So pleased I did can try and chill out a bit now! 8 weeks based on my LMP baby measuring 8 + 3

Here's my scan from today 8+5 with a lovely heartbeat and mine was done abdominally 💗

Had my scan today , I thought I was 8 weeks but she said I ovulated later due to coil removal so Baby is 7 weeks 4 days and like a little sea horse ! X
