Car seat questions?!

Hey, sorry slightly boring question but its really been bugging me!
Does anyone else have a 2 seater convertible and managed to find a car seat that fits in the back without having back doors?? I've got a BMW 2 series and I really don't want to give it up lol, but obvs the baby will have to come first!
Hoping someone can reassure me ?

This video shows it with a forward facing seat, I'd imagine that as you'd need rear facing you'd need to out behind the passenger seat. The best thing to do is go onto the various car seats websites and see what is compatible car wise, they usually have a list of the cars that are compatible with each seat. I know cybex does, isofix will be your best bet. I have a three door car and have only experienced it with a toddler, it's a pain in the arse to be quite honest and she can at least climb in the back for me to strap her in. I attempted to get my friends baby in my car once and just couldn't do it with her already in the seat. My car is tiny though
