Tummy pain 23 weeks

Im 23 weeks pregnant today.. last night I had bad tummy pains the same as trapped wind which eventually went. Around 10pm I got awfully bad pains in the side of my tummy and I can only describe as pulling a muscle badly. It kept me up all night and I still have the pain today. It ranges from under my right rib to the bottom right of my tummy. I have still felt baby movements and I also contacted midwife who said to monitor for 24 hours.
I just wondered if anyone else has had this?😬 x

Hey, I’m 28+5 and had this just today and at 15 weeks. I was going to call maternity triage if it didn’t go away but it subsided. Will call if it comes back. I think it’s your uterus stretching and sometimes can be linked to round ligament pain. Just like you though, it felt like really bad trapped wind as if I wanted to put a pin to pop my belly! Make sure you phone back if it comes back though x
