Am I pregnant?

I have done a tescos pregnancy test today and it has come back with a faint line on result panel and a stronger line on control panel. If I am pregnant I'm only two weeks and two days gone. I've had a very light pink discharge too which started two days ago and has stopped now. Just getting the odd bit of cramping and very drained.
