When do they first give you a growth scan chart with where your baby is on it? I'm due my 28 week scan and consultant appointment in a week and a half but so far with my other 3 NHS scans no one has given me one.
I'm just curious as I've had severe hyperemesis and my bump isn't very big at all and I'm worried he may be measuring small.

Is it not in your notes? I can't remember if I had a chart or if they just wrote notes in in the maternity packet

I had one at my 20week scan.
How er I know in some places you have to ask.

I would assume if your baby was small/ they were worried they'd have told you tho so try not to fret x

20 week scan had a measure of baby head, abdomen & length (I think, not 100% sure!) on 3 little charts, but later on in pregnancy - probably 28weeks they measured bump with a tape measure and plotted that on a chart in the notes.

I had charts at 12 week and 20 week and have just had a private one at 27+6 and had them on there although I have a MW appt Friday and I know she’ll measure my bump and plot on chart.

I have a chart in the back of my maternity notes and the sonographer has plotted on there each time I have had a growth scan.

I've had many scans during this pregnancy due to complications. Each time they print out a scan report and a growth chart with baby's growth plotted on it. Each NHS trust is different though, I guess. It could be that the chart is kept in your medical notes rather than your handheld notes.
