Instant noodles during first trimester?

Hey all,

So I'm a lover of maggi masala noodles. I tend to eat 3 or so packs a week. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and I've only just read up that apparently it's not good for the baby. I know in general they aren't the most nutritious thing to eat but now I'm worried that the amount I've consumed since being pregnant (only found out 2 weeks ago) may have done some harm...

Advice on instant noodles during pregnancy in general too.

Thanks!

P.s. is anyone finding it very annoying that MN seems to auto correct "salt" as in sodium chloride to SALT (speech and language therapist). Surely the former is more likely to appear

MN isn't doing that, must be your phone/browser.

Please ignore ANYTHING from the USA or US websites.

Their food controls are not as tight as the UKs/ EUs so hence they tend to have a lot more frightening things you shouldn't eat when you are pregnant.

Those noodles are bloody yummy.. great.. now I fancy some and have none in the house Grin

If it’s not mentioned on the NHS foods to avoid list then I’d just go ahead and eat it!
