13 weeks and having cramps

I'm 13+3 and over the last few days I've had the weirdest cramps/pains, they range from the normal sharp ligament pain to period like cramps to a weird pinching pain in my uterus to pains inside my private places they are really concerning me. I did have these early on aswell and had my scan at 12+2 and all looked great.

Are these stretching pains? Do I need to see my GP? Has anyone else had these? I've googled it but I can't seem to find much on it

I had this and its round ligament pain. I was told as long as it doesn't last more than an hour and no bleeding it's ok. Mine comes and goes.

@abbs1 thank you for replying, that's reassuring to hear! I hardly ever feel them when I'm laying down, it's always when I'm up and moving around! My little bump does look like it's had a growth spurt so maybe it's doing a lot of growing at the moment

I had all kinds of aches and pains during my pregnancy. I was even in triage one night when I was about 30 weeks with what felt like the most intense period pains ever, I was vomiting they were so bad (I thought labour would be a breeze after that but that was a whole other level 😂).

They put it down to round ligament pain but did say sometimes these things just happen and there's no real explanation for it!

As long as you're not bleeding you're probably fine!
