Measuring a week behind and low heart rate?

I had a loss in April so my anxiety is very high and if anyone could offer any advice or input it'd mean the world. Good or bad.

My last period was Oct 21. I was temping and using OPK so I know when i ovulated and even the day implantation took place.

I went in last week for my first ultrasound. I should have been 7w1d but measured a week behind -- 6w0d. The heartrate was found transvaginal at 107. I was told to come back in a week.

I went back today, one week later, and they did an abdominal scan. Based on my LMP i should be 8w1d. I measured 6w6d (but that is a week of growth since last week) and the heartrate is 113.

No bleeding or cramping. He says the heartrate is lower than he likes and I'm still a week behind and to come back in another week. He can't rule out a miscarraige but also didn't suggest one.

I'm a nervous wreck. I hate this waiting game.
Has anyone else measured a week behind or had a low heartrate? I just don't know if I should be preparing for another miscarraige or be reassured. :(

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. It's all anyone can do, really. Good luck x

Sorry to hear you are so worried :( Flowers

Also sorry if this isn't helpful or related as I dont have any experience of miscarriage, but with this pregnancy I had am early scan due to some bleeding and they put me at around 6 + 2. They calculated my 12 week scan date based off of that (unplanned pregnancy so couldn't tell them how far along I thought I should be) and when I went to the 12 week scan they measured baby as being 2 weeks ahead (which was more in like with my expectations as well, based of symptoms).

So for me, with a perfectly healthy now 35 week pregnancy, my early scan measurements were around 2 weeks behind in development than would be expected based off all my other scans and measurements. I've also heard a few women when googling say that their early scans were out or varied. I guess baby is so very small at that size that even ever so slight differences in measurement make a big difference.

I would take it as a positive for now that baby is growing :)

Sorry for all those typos, I hope it still sort of made sense Crown Blush

Yes that makes total sense. Thank you so much for sharing. Hope my little bean catches up! These weekly scans are so stressful.
