Still bleeding 4 wks after MC

I had a MC at 6 wks exactly 4 weeks ago. Initially afterwards I had light bleeding and then it subsided. But 2 weeks later it got heavier and has now gone back to light/brown again like a light period. Does anyone know if this is normal? We are due to go away this weekend for 4 nights and so I’m dubious to seek medical help beforehand as I’m worried it may compromise our much needed time away as a couple.

Any advice or similar experiences to share would be great.

@welshsoph thank you for your kind words. It’s very tough, it was my second MC this year in our quest to become parents for first time since we got married last year. Really sad times and it’s not great constantly bleeding afterwards as it’s a constant reminder and we feel we can’t move on at the moment. Xx
