Second pregnancy and feeling so alone

I have a 9 month old DD and I’m nearly 15 weeks pregnant.

Me and Husband aren’t really getting along at the moment. Our relationship has changed since DD was born and I don’t feel like I can tell him anything. He doesn’t seem particularly bothered about this pregnancy anyway.

I’m feeling so low and alone at the moment. My self esteem is through the floor.

I’ve got 2 close friends but getting time to see them is difficult, especially this time of the year.

I don’t know how to get out of this

@Coffeecoffeecoughcough so sorry for the way you feel.

I remember after having my first baby it was a bit more difficult between me and my husband.

We got through it thou. Now expecting number 4 and we comunicate a lot more, he knows how I feel and my limits.
Maybe trying to find some time for you and him from time to time might just help. We're fine now even if we don't have much time, but it did helped in the past to just have some time to talk and reconnect, also some intimacy between us without a baby or children to care for, at least for a small amount of time.

I found also sometimes cooking something special for him will cheer him up and helped him relieve stress.
