Basal Body Temperature and pregnancy/miscarriage

Hi,

I was using the Natural Cycles app/thermometer when trying to get pregnant which involved taking my temp every morning.

I’m now 6 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage in August and I’m still taking my temp as I read a drop in temperature is an indication of an impending miscarriage (due to progesterone decrease).

My temp has dropped over the last two days as shown, not much, but I’m starting to worry...

Has anyone got any similar stories or words of encouragement? Or should I just stop temping and try to chill?

Thanks

You should stop temping when you get your positive test. Results after that are unreliable due to hormone surges.

Stop temping. I've had a pregnancy that was successful where the temp dipped and a miscarriage where it didn't. Nothing to be gained by temping once you're already pregnant. All the best OP. Fingers crossed.

Agree. Stop temping, 100%.
