After a lot of back and forth it's been decided that I'll be induced at 37+4. Due to OC and a few scans showing she's small etc.

I was induced with my daughter (at 39 weeks) 10 years ago but it ended in an episiotomy and it was quite traumatic.

I'm hoping there are some positive experiences out there? I'd love to read them. You'd be helping me massively.

Thanks in advance ❤️

I was induced a week earlier than you due to same reason. The induction took a bit due to not have places available in delivery to break my waters. But all good for me, my baby was ok and stayed with me all time after birth, no need for any help.

Hi I was induced at 37 weeks. I had a balloon, and several pessaries. My cervix didn’t soften or open a single millimetre! So I had a lovely calm section.
Good luck!

I was induced at 37 plus 4 due to oc I had a few sweeps in the week running up and my cervix was already 3-4cm so only needed waters breaking. Went straight into contractions every 5 mins was 10cm about 6 hours later but pushed for 2 hours and had to have forceps resulting in 3b tear but baby did have a big head! Good luck x
