I'm 33wk+1 and for the past few weeks I've had the worst pains 'down below' and my left hip mainly (pelvic girdle pain??)
It's particularly bad when I get up from sitting a while, in bed trying to turn over, walking and getting in and out of a car. Oh and especially when stepping into the shower and getting dressed!! 
I know this is just part of being pregnant but I was just wondering if anyone had found anything that helped them ease the pain a little? And did the pains go once you had the baby?
