Night time contractions and waters going

Im 39 weeks and trying to stay as active as possible to try and get this bubba out and every evening I go on my birthing ball and have noticed since I'm waking up with definitive contractions during the night but they have no pattern and just come and go throughout the night 😩 has anyone else had the same? Also has anyone had a slow trickle of waters? Literally my knickers have been damp with water all day (sorry tmi😩) if anyone has had the same would really appreciate to know what you did, getting so impatient now 😩😂

Have you phoned and told your midwife? Could be urine, could be waters. Have you sniffed them?

I would give maternity a call they can test to see if it's your waters or not. X

Thank you for your responses, it's much appreciated x I've smelt it and it's quite a sweet smell not like urine, its been on and off and nothing else seems to have happened this evening x

If it is your waters I'd ring your midwife and see if they want you to come in. You could be open to infection.

I had slow breaking of waters and it did smell weirdly sweet! Ring and get checked, with me they wanted me induced within 24 hours due to infection (although he came naturally within that time in the end!)
