Im 39 weeks and trying to stay as active as possible to try and get this bubba out and every evening I go on my birthing ball and have noticed since I'm waking up with definitive contractions during the night but they have no pattern and just come and go throughout the night 😩 has anyone else had the same? Also has anyone had a slow trickle of waters? Literally my knickers have been damp with water all day (sorry tmi😩) if anyone has had the same would really appreciate to know what you did, getting so impatient now 😩😂

Leaking waters - Call midwife

Tini17 · 06/11/2019 03:28

If your waters are leaking, call your Midwife as PP said.
Irregular contractions sounds like Braxton Hicks but they’ll be able to tell once you get checked out.

If your waters have gone you MUST discuss with a midwife, preferably at the hospital if that's where you plan to birth. They'll likely want to see you. Have you not done any reading up on this in preparation? Hmm

Put on a pad to monitor the water leakage, and tell your me. I have had leaks of vaginal discharge with my braxton hicks from 16 weeks onwards.

Tell your midwife
