Reduced movements

Second thread today..

I'm 24 weeks and have been feeling regular movements for around 10 days now. Late kicker as my placenta is anterior.

They've been strong and she has kicked hard enough to be seen on a few occasions too.

But today, nothing.

I have a stethoscope from studying a couple years ago and I do hear a strong heartbeat but not felt anything else.

Any advice, is this normal?

I had anterior placenta with my 1st and it does cushion the movements I went in about 4 times during my pregnancy I didnt feel any movements until 24 weeks due to the placenta so dont worry to much and just go in again if u need to but lieing on left side and having a cold sugar drinks often works xx

@KHall84 I'm 24 weeks now so hoping things will pick up. Luckily sleeping on my left side is my favourite position so will keep an eye out for extra movement when on this side. Thank you xx

@Turt I’m always panicking and calling! Don’t ever feel bad for doing so! I feel like I’ve written most of your comments at some point lol! I’ve 9 weeks left and I can’t cope with the worry! Xx

@Starlight84 thank you so much - I'm glad it's not just me. I'm such a worry wart! Xx

@Turt honestly I’m surprised they don’t have an alarm that screams it’s her again when I call! She has said she would rather me go and be put at rest and not go and there genuinely be issues. Chance has it my baby has been active a lot yesterday and today and I’m having my 4D re scan tomorrow so they should have a peaceful weekend 🤣 xx
